Important Information

Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed unless you are informed otherwise - if we have your item in stock, dispatch times are significantly reduced. 

We now have a standard delivery charge which covers all sized packages. We can also do hand delivery for a slightly cheaper rate for customers in Billericay, Basildon and Wickford.

If you live in Billericay or surrounding areas and would like to collect your order, please select 'Collection' at the checkout which will ensure you are not charged postage. An automatic email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection - our opening hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10am-4pm and 11am-4pm Sunday.

Returns

We hope you will be extremely happy with all items you receive from us, however, if anything is not quite right, please let us know as soon as possible - email us at info@meltedbymacy.co.uk/info@macyhudsonhome.co.uk and we will respond promptly.

We do our utmost to ensure all items are packaged safely ready for transit however, we cannot always guarantee against damages. We will refund or replace all items damaged in transit providing we receive photographic evidence within 2 days of receipt. We cannot refund/replace items that have been used. 

For large orders (over £100) and personalised orders, these are non refundable, once payment is made this is seen as the contract for the order and can not be refunded.

Electrical items come with 12 month warranty, please contact us if you have any issues.

If an item you received is not as expected, you can return it (unused) within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund - return postage will be the responsibility of the sender and will not be funded by us.
